The outer harbour on a very cloudy day.
Padstow is located on the western side of the River Camel estuary approx. 2 miles inland from the sea. To reach Padstow from the A30 road, take the A389 near Bodmin and follow this to Wadebridge, then take the A39 and A389 all the way to Padstow.

Four views of the inner harbour.
If you ever watch any of the cooking programs on the TV,
you will have heard of Rick Stein, the famous sea food chef.
The restaurant in the above photo is owned by Rick.
So are most of the cafes and ice cream shops in Padstow.
The passenger ferry that sails between Padstow and Rock on the other side of the estuary.

Two photos of the quaint streets to give an idea of how narrow the streets are.
Three photos showing the River Camel estuary etc.

The war memorial on top of the headland.
Dedicated to those from Padstow that lost their lives in the two world wars.
