Peel

Peel is situated on the west coast of the Isle of Man

The bay at Peel with the castle in the centre of the photo.

The castle. For information on the castle go to:

The ruins of St. Peters church, Peel.
For information on the church go to www.isle-of-man.com/manxnotebook/parishes/peel/peel.htm

Seen on the panels of a van in Peel an advert for the Peel Cider company. I like the names of the ciders but I would only have a pint and hope the effect isn’t as dramatic as the photos.

On the left is “Jenny Layback” and on the right is “Jimmy Jump up”

Jimmie Kickstart at 6.5% sounds like a “Goodnighter”
